Our story

Tbilisi, since 2019.

Kiss & Marry started with a simple idea: getting married in Georgia shouldn't take a month of paperwork and a translator you've never met. We've kept that promise for 247 couples from 41 countries — and we'd like to keep it for you.

Everything in one place

Appointments, translators, witnesses, flowers, photography, transport — one team, one line of communication.

FAQ

Questions couples ask

Will this marriage be recognized in my country?
Almost certainly, yes. Georgia belongs to the Hague Convention, so if your country does too (Israel, the EU, the UK, the US, and most of the world), the apostilled Georgian certificate is accepted the moment you take it home — no extra steps. For non-Hague countries (UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, a few others), you need consular legalization instead, which we arrange for you. Tell us where you plan to register it at home and we'll confirm the exact route.
Do we need to apostille our passports first?
No. Georgia only requires a notarized Georgian translation of your passport — we arrange that the morning of your appointment. Your home-country apostille is only needed if you were previously married.
What if one of us was married before?
Bring your divorce decree (or former spouse's death certificate) with an apostille from the issuing country, plus a certified translation into Georgian. We can recommend translators if you need one.
Can same-sex couples marry in Georgia?
Under current Georgian law, legal registration is only available for opposite-sex couples. We can arrange a private ceremony without legal registration — a real ceremony, a real celebration, with a celebrant and witnesses — if that's meaningful to you.
Do we need witnesses?
Two witnesses with their own passports are required. We provide them by default, so you don't need to fly anyone in. If you want friends or family to stand with you, they can sign instead — we'll bring our witnesses as backup either way.
How fast is one day, really?
The fastest confirmed turnaround at the Public Service Hall is about 9 hours door-to-door. We recommend a 48-hour arrival window to absorb flight delays and let you eat lunch without hurrying.
What does the whole thing cost?
Four tiers, visible in the Packages section above: from $435 for legal-only, $690 for a small ceremony, $1,250 for a ceremony with photography, $2,500+ for a full weekend. The calculator beside the tiers gives a precise estimate with add-ons.
UAE or Qatar residents — apostille or legalization?
Consular legalization. Your country isn't a Hague signatory, so apostille alone isn't accepted. The process is similar but adds a step at the Georgian MFA and your country's embassy in Tbilisi. $90 more, same timeline.
What languages do you work in?
English, Russian, and Georgian at our planners' desk. Hebrew is a 2026 priority. We'll always confirm we have a fluent planner on your day before you book.
What if our flight is delayed?
We reschedule the Public Service Hall appointment at no cost within 72 hours of the original slot. Longer delays mean a full rebook and possibly a new state fee — extremely rare. Tell us your flight number and we'll watch it.
