Your certificate & the apostille
The thing you actually fly home with — and why it counts the moment you land.
What you receive
A Georgian marriage certificate, issued the same day you sign — plus the apostille stamp, added the same afternoon at the Ministry of Justice.
You sign at the Public Service Hall in about forty minutes; the certificate is in your hands by lunch. The apostille run is ours: same-day service, done before dinner.
Why it's valid back home
Georgia belongs to the Hague Apostille Convention. If your country does too — Israel, the EU, the UK, the US, and most of the world — the apostilled Georgian certificate is accepted the moment you take it home. No extra steps, no re-registration paperwork on your side.
- Recognized in 150+ countries by operation of law.
- No apostille needed on your passports — only on the certificate, and that's on us.
- Tell us where you plan to register it at home and we'll confirm the exact route before you book.
Non-Hague countries: the legalization route
UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia and a few others aren't Hague signatories, so an apostille alone isn't accepted there. You need consular legalization instead — a similar process that adds a step at the Georgian MFA and your country's embassy in Tbilisi.
Extra copies
Need a second apostilled copy — one for each country you deal with, or simply a spare? An extra apostille copy is $90, ordered with your package or added later in the calculator.
